A hands-on workshop located at our commercial kitchen Kamloops. This workshop is led by owner and baker Ashley Funk, with over 4 years of macaron making under her belt - she will effortlessly guide you over the 3 hours of macaron making.  
We will be making daisy shaped macarons with a lemon filling. Hands on learning and recipes are included.
 
Limit 4 people per class.  $125/person.
